La Storia
L'Osteria Pomice è nata dalla necessità dei proprietari di portare la cultura della cucina eoliana al di fuori dell'Isola di Lipari.
Il locale è contraddistinto dalla creatività e dalla costante ricerca di sapori unici, portata avanti dagli Chef Demetrio e Carmela; Andrea condivide la passione per i Dolci, Antonio per il Design e Giuseppe per il Vino.
L’ambiente richiama la tradizione con le ceramiche collezionate negli anni dai proprietari e prodotte a Lipari, dal Maestro Franco Lauria e si concilia alla contemporaneità delle opere dell'Artista Daniele Fortuna e degli oggetti di design.
